  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • We currently ship worldwide.

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location:

    • Domestic Shipping: 5–7 business days

    • International Shipping: 7–14 business days

  • These are estimated delivery times and may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight/size of your order.

  • Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can use this number to monitor your shipment online.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • FixMyCar is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit.
