At FixMyCar, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

  • To initiate a return, contact us at fixmycar.store@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately at fixmycar.store@gmail.com.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
